Booking Policy

Before making the payment, you are agreeing to our Regular Terms & Conditions and Booking Cancellation Terms

1. Call us at 8393928065 and ask about the availability of the above camp before transferring an advance amount.
2. To reserve the slots(Camp/Tent/Cottage/Tour) for your travel dates, Deposit a Minimum 30% of the total package cost as an advance.
3. You can submit the advance amount through Paytm, phone pay, google pay, or by bank transfer.
4. Once the payment is done and the amount is reflected in our account, a confirmation mail / WhatsApp message will be shared with you with details like camp address, camp managers' mobile numbers, payment status, check-in / check-out dates, etc. Simultaneously your booking details will be shared with the Manager of the camp booked.

Child Policy

1. Children between 6 to 11 years are allowed to accommodate with the parent at 50% of applicable charges for the adults
2. Children below 5 years are allowed to accommodate with parent without any additional charges

Cancellation Terms

1. The cancellation policy rules will be applied to your advance booking amount.
2. No refund in case of any natural calamities.
3. If Cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date – A full refund (Rs 500/- will be deducted as a cancellation charge)
4. If Cancellation is made from 15 days to 0 days before the arrival date – No Refund.
5. The cancellation refund will be processed in 7 working days.

Few Important Points From Term & Conditions:

(Applicable in every camping/rafting package)

1. No Refund, If visitors deny staying in the camps for any personal reason. RishikeshCamp.in always provides the same camp and same package as mentioned on the website. Check and read all the camp details carefully before selecting the camp (Eg. facilities, distance from parking, photographs, etc.)
2. In case of early check-in or late check-out, there is no discount.
3. No refund will be processed if the Adventures/Activities are canceled due to an Act of God or bad weather conditions.
4. Total decided package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons.
5. The advance amount is taken to reserve the slots(Camps/Tents/Cottages) for your travel date. The booking is not confirmed until the camp does not receive the complete (100%) payment.
6. An advance amount is required to confirm the booking
7. The balance amount should be paid during check-in time (11:00 Am) by cash
8. If the balance amount is not received by the camp during the specified time (11:00 AM to 12:00 AM) then the booking stands canceled (From Guest End). And there will be no refund..
9. If the guest refuses to pay the complete balance amount during the check-in then the booking stands canceled (From Guest Side). And there will be no refund in this condition.
